Welcome! I know this is lengthy, but I want to explain everything as thorough as I can to avoid as much confusion/questions as possible! - ADDRESS - Artistry by LB 511 Delaware Street Suite 300 (3rd Floor) Kansas City, MO 64105 - WHERE TO GO - Artistry by LB is an upscale salon located right off the interstate in the River Market, just on the backside of Downtown Kansas City, Missouri. It’s on the 3rd floor of the ‘Grace Real Estate Building.’ You can take the elevator right inside or the stairs just to the left. Once you’re on the 3rd floor, you do not have to check-in at the desk, just take a seat in client waiting area with the green couch and zebra chairs and make yourself comfortable! (*Click on the ‘Portfolio’ tab for reference photos.) - PARKING - There is parking directly *behind the building* it’s very simple to do and only $1/Hr until 6PM, then it’s free. (Do NOT park in the lot next to Freestyle Poké, our parking lot is the lot just around the corner right behind that). There is street parking as well, just make sure you don’t park over the white lines as the streetcar does come through. (*Click on the ‘Portfolio’ tab for reference photos) - HOW TO PAY FOR PARKING - Once you’re in the lot, get your license plate information. I have found it is easiest to text “MO1108” to (53242) or visit https://pay.lazparking.com/137475 Both of these options will allow you to pay for as many hours as needed. If you are receiving a color service, I suggest paying for 4 hours. Another option is to use the ‘pay to park’ station in the middle of the lot- Put your license plate number in and pay with a credit card (this option is not as convenient because it will only allow you to pay for 2 hours at the kiosk, then you can add additional time through the app if necessary.) Cancellation Policy
• Any appointments cancelled within 48 HOURS of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).
• Any appointments cancelled within 24 HOURS of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
• “No-Shows” will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service(s).
• Upon your third appointment cancelled within 48 hours or first “No-Show” appointment, you will be black listed from booking any future appointments and any future appointments previously made will be cancelled.
*COVID/illnesses are not an exception to the cancellation policy.
